“Great experience with Gunner — especially with the people who actually managed the project. I've used Gunner for both my roof and siding, on two separate projects. The roof was completed very quickly with no issues. The siding project had some scheduling problems at the beginning, but Joe, the project manager, went above and beyond to make things right. He handled problems professionally, reimbursed me for an issue caused during installation, followed through on his promises even after I had paid, and made sure the small details were taken care of. The owner also personally kept me updated when there were delays with the dumpster and portable toilet pickup. Despite some bumps along the way, Gunner stood behind their work and took care of me as a customer. That's why I'm giving them 5 stars.”

“Our house was resided by Gunner. It looks lovely and we are glad with went forward with the project. Communications with the sales representative were timely and all questions were addressed. Once in communication with project manager the work proceeded as scheduled and was completed within the indicated timeframe. The construction crew cleaned up after work each day and more completed at the end of the project. All concerns were addressed.”
“We used Gunner for a new roof on our Stamford home and the entire experience was outstanding. The process was easy and seamless from the start. Leslie, their remodeling specialist, made getting the project spec simple, and Gunner uses satellite imagery to speed up the estimate process, which moved things along far faster than I expected. Andrew, one of the owners, was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were extremely busy, so he personally oversaw our project. Honest, straightforward, and just a good guy. Once the old roof came off, the deck underneath was completely delaminated. That is a real risk with any roof replacement, and Gunner had spelled it out in the contract. It was an additional charge, as it had to be, but they held to their contract terms and did not pad it or try to upsell me on anything. Not in the slightest.”
“The Gunner Roofing experience was exceptional all the way around starting with our Salesperson Kevin who worked tirelessly with us to get all the details of our design and technical process as accurate as possible for our siding installation, new gutters and cedar accent wall in the front entry way. Over several meetings, he set aside ample time to listen to our needs and act as a sounding board as we created the vision for a new exterior to our home. He acted more as a consultant and collaborator vs a pushy salesperson. He never rushed us and continually conveyed the point that Gunner wanted customers to have a great customer experience with our project and we did. Christian and Gabriel were excellent crew leaders and provided high quality work on all the details of our installation, gutters, electrical blocks, PVC starters, and cedar accent wall. They really cared that we were happy with every part of the job. Their crews arrived at 8 am and left at 6 pm with a clean job site every day. We are so happy with the results our house which looks brand new! We would highly recommend Gunner for any client in need of siding installation.”

There was a slight scheduling issue but the office went above and beyond to accommodate our time sensitive project and complete it ahead of schedule.
